Dear Dave Sinclair Ford,
A bit over two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany Farace and Charlie Foster. I called Tiffany a few days prior to my visit and explained my difficult credit situation. I told her that I had made trips to three other dealers and could not get financed. One of the dealers told me that he works with banks which specialize in getting deals done with individuals with special circumstances. Guess what, they could not get me financed either. I was almost at the point where I wanted to give up when I went on line and typed in Google "Where to buy a car with credit challenges." I saw a link that talked about the Credit Nurse. After clicking the link titled "Fresh Start Credit - Don't let credit stop car buying", I thought I would give a try. Here is the last line from the ad: "If you're looking for someone who's not pushy or judgmental, and if you need some serious help from someone dedicated to helping you get back on you feet, the Credit Nurse is here for you. After meeting Tiffany, I was thoroughly impressed! She is very knowledgeable, patient, professional, NOT PUSHY AT ALL, and makes every attempt to find the vehicle that fits your credit situation not just anything to get you out of the door."
Charlie Foster was my salesperson. Charlie is extremely professional, considerate, inviting, very knowledgeable, as he has 25 years of sales experience, and excellent listener, and NOT PUSHY! He is very optimistic but is not overly aggressive and makes every attempt NOT to fit the typical car salesperson persona. He told me that he is a Christian and is ordained at his church. I believe that things happen for a person. Little did I know when reading the ad online that I would even get a car. I definitely did not think I would meet another Christian. I told Tiffany that Charlie was the perfect salesman for me!
A few days after my purchase I called Charlie and told him that my steering wheel was shaking at high speeds and I thought the car needed an alignment. He urged me to come to the service department for an inspection. I met the service manager who actually rode with me to allow me to explain and show him the vibration wheel issue. I have been to a few service departments before and have never heard of one that rides with you to diagnose the problem. Who does that?? DAVE SINCLAIR FORD. It turned out that I had a bad tire. I was given a new tire at no charge.
I am still ecstatic over my new purchase and am still blown away that I was able to walk away with a beautiful new car, 2007 BUT new for me, that I could not have purchased anywhere else due to my credit. I will refer all of my friends and relatives to Dave Sinclair and will tell them to see Charlie Foster and Tiffany Farace, if their credit is SICK or challenge.
Overjoyed Customer,
David Harvey
